Make the organisational decisions that matter, and make them work in practice.

THE QUESTIONS BEHIND THE WORK

The hardest problems rarely belong to one function.

They emerge where strategy, people, structure, technology, funding and evidence meet and where solving one part in isolation can leave the real problem untouched.

Why is our strategy not translating into priorities and action?

What is really holding this change or integration back?

Do our structure, roles or ways of working need to change?

Where could AI improve the work and what would responsible adoption require?

Is this programme, funding route or partnership viable and can we deliver it?

What do we need to know before we commit?

Direct access to the Principal

You work directly with Dr Vasileios Stamatis on the framing, the critical judgement and the key conversations, with LICCI’s associates and, where needed, specialists.

A straight answer on the evidence

You see what is known, what is assumed and what is still uncertain. If the evidence does not justify a larger commitment, LICCI will tell you and recommend a smaller step.

Advice designed for action

Recommendations are tested against people, roles, resources and risk before they reach you, so it is clear who needs to do what next.

CONNECTED CAPABILITIES

Four capabilities, brought together around the problem.

Some challenges need one area of expertise. Others cut across several. LICCI brings together the capabilities the situation needs and keeps them connected.

Strategic Transformation & Change

Clarify what needs to change, make the important choices and create the conditions for progress.

Funding, Growth & Partnerships

Shape viable programmes, funding routes and partnerships around strategic fit and the ability to deliver.

Digital Transformation & AI

Identify where technology can create real value, then address the workflows, roles, controls and adoption it requires.

Research, Intelligence & Policy

Bring together the evidence and analysis needed to understand the issue, test the options and act with greater confidence.

WAYS TO START

Three focused ways to begin.

Each starts with a live issue that matters now and focuses on what you need to understand or resolve.

Strategic Decision & Programme Sprint

For leadership teams weighing a strategic initiative, programme, funding route or partnership. The Sprint tests the case, the options and the practical route forward, helping you reach a clear go, no-go or not-yet conclusion and understand what should happen next.

Organisational & Change Diagnostic

For change, integration or organisational performance that has stalled, fragmented or come under pressure. The Diagnostic establishes what is happening, what is driving it and where intervention is most likely to matter before you commit to a larger response.

Discuss the Organisational Diagnostic

AI & Workflow Diagnostic

For organisations where AI or digital activity is expanding without a sufficiently clear value case or operating model. The Diagnostic identifies the workflows worth pursuing, what should stop or wait, and the people, controls and capabilities needed for reliable adoption.

HOW LICCI WORKS

A clear route from understanding the problem to carrying the change through.

LICCI uses a six-stage lifecycle, but the work is modular. It can end once the core question has been answered, or continue into design, mobilisation and delivery where that is useful.

FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL

Led by Dr Vasileios Stamatis.

His work sits where strategy, quality, regulation, funding and technology meet. He has designed quality, compliance and AI-supported operating systems across education, culture and public services; led the regulatory work behind a successful Ofqual recognition; built and led organisations in education and culture; secured funding and developed partnerships for municipalities, universities, SMEs and cultural organisations; and serves as an independent expert evaluator for European research and education agencies.

Much of this work has meant leading something an organisation had not done before, from a first regulatory recognition application to new operating models and AI-supported ways of working.
